The Belmont enclosed porch from £7,250 + delivery
The Belmont porch kit is a fully enclosed timber porch design.
The size is flexible in all its dimensions and is supplied with glazing beads,
ready for the glass to be fitted by the customer's local supplier. The Belmont can be supplied full height, or for a dwarf wall arrangement.
- Glazed arched panel, spars or blank panel to the gable end
- The Belmont can be supplied boarded to avoid the need for paint, as shown in the example below
- Available in Sapele, Accoya and Tricoya with redwood rafters, ready for painting or staining
- Fully glazed openings to the sides, or part solid for hanging rails or shelving
- We can manufacture the porch to take a standard size or custome door

Extra space and protection from the weather
In common with all our products, the Belmont porch takes the traditional features and details found across our range of porches and applies them to this fully enclosed design. The Belmont is a more involved porch, but it remains simple to assemble and install. The Belmont porch kit is produced in Sapele hardwood, Accoya and Tricoya and can be tailored to each custmers' requirements.
We supply our porches with door-frame to match the sizes of a standard off the shelf hardwood door. This is a cheaper option than making a one off bespoke door. If however you prefer a bespoke door, we can quote for this also.
We do not include glass in our porch kit which is much better measured and fitted by a local glazier once the frame is installed. Each porch comes with an assembly pack and full instructions.
